IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If there is a new primary contact for your organization, CLICK HERE to email us so we can update your organization’s contact information. Please continue to read the information below to better understand the role of the primary contact. The online system is set up for each organization to have one primary contact. This main contact will be responsible for reading all correspondence, meeting all deadlines, and submitting required forms to maintain good standing with the Foundation. The primary contact will also be able to invite others (i.e., staff, consultants, fiscal intermediaries) to collaborate on an application and other forms.

Why is one primary applicant preferred? It is possible that the CEO or Executive Director (ED) is busy or out of the office and unintentionally overlooks an email from the online grant management system resulting in a missed a deadline. One solution is to have a coordinator as the primary contact to inform or lead the collaboration for the organization and get the item(s) submitted in a timely manner.

CLICK HERE to view a short video on how the collaborate feature works.

TO ACCESS THE ONLINE GRANT SYSTEM, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY.
